CMD Services understands the importance of a highly skilled accounting team. The accounting team works hand in hand with the property managers to best serve our Clients. Our comprehensive accounting system provides us with a number of reports that assist us with the day to day operations of your real estate asset.
Unlike some management companies that comingle funds by depositing rents collected into one “trust fund account,” CMD Services establishes a separate operating bank account for each real estate property we manage. With individual bank accounts, there is no comingling of funds. Our accounting policies and procedures are in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles.
